Point Mobile is a publicly listed specialist desginer and manufacturer of mobile computers for applications in warehousing and logistics, retail, healthcare, asset management and much more. 

They manufacture products that are then rebranded for major companies and their customers have included Datalogic, Honeywell, Toshiba, Casio and many more. They currently manufacture around 100,000 units per year, with over 1 million units produced. 

In addition to being a major manufacturer behind other brand names, Point Mobile is now a major stand alone brand themselves. This allows for an aggressive price point, while maintaining the standards of a tier 1 product.

Not just a simple hardware provider though, Point Mobile also provide a suite of tools to help with deploying and managing devices, work closely with Google, including in their Android Enterprise Recommended program and have a range of SLA backed warranty programs available.

Point Mobile is a wholly owned subsidiary of BG T&A holdings, who have been producing TWRs(Two-way Radio) and radio detectors to major branded companies such as Motorola Solutions and Cobra USA from our establishment in 1996 and has also been IPO listed since 2002.

Based on BG T&A’s expertise in radio frequency and rugged industrial design, Point Mobile was started in 2006. We have been focusing on OEM/ODM business and provide the entire OEM/ODM process starting from market surveys, industrial design, development, manufacturing, quality assurance and post release maintenance. Two thirds of total employees are in our engineering departments, including industrial design, mechanical engineering, electrical & RF engineering, software development and quality assurance teams.

Point Mobile is located at the digital IT complex sponsored by the local government at the heart of South Korea – Seoul-city. Our primary factory, BG Electronics at DongGuan, China is wholly owned by BG T&A and all the products for BG T&A Holdings including Point Mobile products are being produced there. Its' production capacity is 3 millions units of mixed devices per year including the mobile computers. Our factory and all the facilities are certified to ISO9001 and ISO14001. Another factory is about to open in the Philippines due to company expansion. Our new factory keeps labor cost low while maintaining high quality.
